Individual WAV stems, 24-bit, at your project's sample rate, all exported from the same start point so they line up. Keep effects that are part of the sound, remove processing from the master bus, and include a rough mix as a reference.
A stereo WAV of your final mix, 24-bit or 32-bit float, at the original sample rate. Remove any limiter or clipper from the master bus and leave some headroom — peaks around −6 to −3 dBFS work well.
